This year I resolve to...

Happy New Year friends and family. I always said I wasn't going to make any New Year resolutions, but I find myself, this year especially, wanting to spend more time doing things I love and spending time with the people I love. So I find myself torn. Sometimes doing things I love means time away from the people I love, which is why I am such a night owl. A win/win situation because then I don't feel guilty not spending time with my kids. Hopefully I'll have some new projects to share with you in the next little bit as I have a TON of pictures to print for scrapbook layouts.

One of the reasons for my sudden increase in photos is my new Christmas present :) A new Canaon Speedlite flash. How exciting for me. I have wanted one FOREVER. I am so excited about the quality of my pictures, I am tempted to get a new camera... tempted only. I still have the voice inside my head telling me the one I have is perfectly fine, but a girl can dream right?

Here are a couple of my new fave's from our latest weekend away. We had a blast visiting friends and felt so relaxed. The kids would have stayed in their PJ's all day if I let them.

I am hoping to start blogging a lot more for those of you who can't get enough ;) Stay tuned for some new scrapbook layouts, some new finds on Pinterest, and my journey to becoming a runner (already on week 5) Yay Me.
